Registration
We are using the University of Cambridge web store to handle registrations. The store will require you to set up an account to enter your details. After you have set up an account if you are not automatically redirected to the conference registration, please come back to this page to return to the web store. Please note that use of this system helps us achieve substantial savings on your registration fee as we are not dependent on an external conference organiser, so we hope that you won't mind the extra steps involved. Do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any difficulties with this system. Please follow the link below to access the registration system (will open a new window or tab):The registration fees are as follows:

The residential option is limited in numbers so please book early if you wish to stay at the conference location.
Couples / Partners / Families
There may be a possibility to accommodate couples in twin rooms at Robinson College but we have only reserved single rooms currently. Please email us if you wish to come with your partner and we will enquire on your behalf whether one of our reserved single rooms can be upgraded to double and the difference charged to you directly. We would like to enable you to bring your partners to the social events (welcome reception, walking and punting excursion, conference dinner) but our ability to do so will depend on the final numbers of registered participants. We will conduct a poll nearer the date of the workshop to ask who plans to attend these events and who wants to bring a guest, and decide then whether we are able to include partners. There may be a charge for including them and that charge would be payable in cash at the conference desk. Families with children cannot be accommodated under the "residential option" but we will be happy to suggest and help find alternative accommodation for those of you coming with kids!Invitation Letters for Visa Applications
