Registration

Please read the information below carefully before you proceed with your registration.

Payment is with the following cards only: Mastercard and Visa.

Registration Fees:

The registration fee includes:

• admission to the workshop
• lunch each day (Mon-Thu) and all coffee breaks
• welcome reception at Robinson College (Mon, July 6th)
• conference banquet at Trinity College (Tues, July 7th)

Registration does not include accomodation, although limited accomodation is available at Robinson College and will be priced significantly below that of typical hotels in the Cambridge area. Please see the Local Informationsection of this website for more details.

Conditions and Cancellation

Any changes and cancellations must be done in written form and sent to the Conference Office.

In case of written cancellation until June 6, 2015, payments will be fully refunded, minus 10% handling fee. For cancellation after this date no refund is available. Cancellation notification must be confirmed by the Conference Office. Reimbursements are settled after the conference.

Invitation Letters for Visa Applications

If you need an invitation letter to support a visa application, please send an email to Laura Reid at div-f@eng.cam.ac.uk with the following information about your travel plans:

Full name as in passport
Date of birth
Passport number and nationality
Dates of travel
