Background

EMRE ÖZKAN received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2009. Between 2009 and 2011, he worked as a postdoctoral associate in Division of Automatic Control, Department of Electrical Engineering, Linköping University, Sweden. Currently he is an Assistant Professor in the same department. His research interests include statistical signal processing, estimation theory, sensor fusion, and target tracking.
